ABOUT YOUR CREW
Žan Perko
is a somatic therapist, teacher, and interdisciplinary artist specializing in embodiment, movement, and aquatic therapies. He teaches Ocean Dance, a unique form of underwater movement that combines apnea, conscious breathing and mindful movement, to deepen the connection to oneself, to others and to the sea. A certified Molchanov freediving instructor and trained in first aid, Žan offers retreats around the world that honor water as a sacred element and encourage the preservation of the oceans. He is also the founder of Primal States, a project dedicated to the integration of emotions through the body, voice and movement.
Marina Sans
is a somatic educator, aquatic therapist and founder of Liquid Cosmos, a unique approach to aquatic body work, based on in-depth anatomical knowledge and subtle listening. Trained in Watsu, Aguahara, Butoh dance, and documentary filmmaking in indigenous cultures, her work connects water, movement, and ancestral wisdom. Raised on the shores of the Mediterranean and guided by her innate connection to water, Marina offers deeply intuitive sessions and trains therapists around the world. His philosophy is fluid and constantly evolving, dedicated to the intelligence of the body and the transformative power of touch.
Alice Mazo
is the founder of SAILORAH and an experienced female skipper who has been sailing in Croatia for over 25 years. Deeply connected to the sea, she combines her lifelong passion for sailing and the marine environment with her work as a holistic therapist and aquatic bodywork practitioner using the Janzu method. It organizes immersive sailing cruises combining mindful navigation, holistic practices that promote health, and somatic healing, guided by the scientifically recognized benefits of water on well-being, called Blue Health.
