Program – How We Embody the Vision
Each day unfolds in a natural rhythm guided by the elements, the group, and the sea itself. The structure is intentionally spacious, allowing both guided processes and time for rest, integration, and simple being.
Morning – Awakening the Body
- Gentle somatic and sensorimotor practices
- Breathwork and body awareness
- Attuning to sensations and inner states
Daytime – Immersion & Exploration
- Swimming, floating, and connecting with water as a resource
- Sensory-based practices (touch, sound, movement, presence)
- Sailing experience (active or passive participation, no prior skills needed)
- Time for rest, silence, journaling, or one-on-one reflection
Afternoon / Evening – Emotional & Relational Space
- Guided processes with emotions and inner experience
- Constellation-inspired explorations (individual and group)
- Movement, expression, and integration through the body
Night – Soft Integration
- Sharing circles (optional)
- Quiet presence under the night sky
- Deep rest held by the rhythm of the sea
Throughout the journey, we work with:
- Body and sensation (somatic awareness)
- Breath as a bridge between inner and outer experience
- Emotions as movement and energy
- The elements of water and air as mirrors and support
Who This Is For
This experience is open to:
- Adults of all genders
- Both local and international participants
- Those who feel called to slow down, reconnect, and nourish themselves
No previous experience in sailing or therapeutic work is required.
This journey may be especially meaningful for those who:
- Wish to deepen their relationship with their body
- Are exploring themes of self-worth and inner connection
- Feel drawn to nature-based, experiential processes
- Long for a gentle, non-demanding space for personal restoration
Group Size
We intentionally keep the group small — maximum 8 participants — to ensure intimacy, safety, and a deeply held experience.
The boat
- The yacht is a Hanse 455, a 14-meter sailing boat combining comfort, space, and performance.
- It features a bright and spacious interior with a fully equipped kitchen (galley), indoor and outdoor living areas, and generous deck space to relax, move, and enjoy life at sea.
- The boat includes 4 double cabins, all shared, as well as 2 bathrooms, 1 shower (but we usually use the shower outside) and common areas designed for a comfortable onboard experience.
- Cabins are assigned upon arrival (by draw).
- For those who feel called to it, there is also the possibility for two participants to sleep outside under the stars.
The itinerary
- We will depart from Biograd and sail towards the island of Pašman, continuing on to Žut, the stunning Kornati Islands, and the natural park of Telašćica.
- Between dramatic cliffs, turquoise coves, and crystal-clear waters, this immersive journey takes us through preserved landscapes, ideal for exploration, contemplation, and a deep connection with the sea.
- We will anchor in wild, secluded bays.
- The itinerary may vary depending on weather conditions, ensuring the best possible experience at sea.
- Marica and Alice are both experienced skippers and will be delighted to introduce you to sailing, depending on your wishes. You are welcome to take part in the maneuvers or simply let yourself be carried by the wind and the rhythm of the sea.
Food Organization
- Food will be organized in a participative and flexible way, coordinated in advance through a WhatsApp group. Grocery costs are shared among participants, and everyone is invited to communicate any intolerances or allergies in advance.
- Meals are prepared together through a shared cooking system: for the three lunches, participants will cook in pairs (one cooking, one assisting), so each person contributes to one lunch.
- A brunch will be shared on Thursday morning at anchor in Pašman, with everyone bringing something to contribute.
- Breakfasts and dinners are organized informally, with participants bringing and sharing their own food, depending on the group’s rhythm and wishes.
Schedule
- Meeting point at Marina Molum (Sveti Filip i Jakov) on Thursday 20 August between 10:00 and 10:30 for cabin allocation.
- We will then sail towards the islands of Pašman, where brunch will be enjoyed at anchor around 11:00, followed by a safety briefing.
- Return to the marina and check-out on Sunday 23 August at 17:00.
